Felt a sharp pain run through my penis today when hanging so ended the session. I felt fine after so I pu on the extender for another 30 minutes and everything was well in the end. I wonder what caused that. Either way I am perfectly fine.

Thanks a lot for the suggestion brother! Will definately look into some SSJs in between sets in order to reduce fluid build up. The real issue is the lack of pressure gauge on the Bathmate. Will invest in a new pump in the coming weeks.
No problems. What I was suggesting was to do some downward Jelq's (you don't need to be super erect to do them, and push on the side on your penis downward), they will reduce the fluid retention. The lack of pressure gauge do not bother me personally, because I know where the safe vacuum/pressure is at. I can feel it in my penis.

But I understand that a gauge can be helpful as well. It will be safer, and you can optimize your intensity more precisely.

Maybe the pain was due to the sides of your penis being pinched?
That have happened to me before.

Good session today, felt that ache on the ligament which is a very good sign. I used less sets today but more of them were with a heavier weight so I think that's what did the trick in getting that ache that we all look for when doing PE. Extender session was also very good, did notice that my stretched penis looks thinner, I haven't pumped in(I think) 2 weeks now so that'll be the case. May or may not pump again tomorrow, who knows?

Are using a lenghtmaster for hanging? If so I suggest you add bundled behind the cheeks stretching

Back to length work today after 2 days off. Very good session today, very powerful stretch, very good temporary elongation. EQ has been poor the past week or so due to my diet not being 100% but tomorrow is shopping day and I will be stocking up on all the good stuff.
Down with the sickness again unfortunately, a tremendous blocked nose that's keeping me up at night. No bother though, I will persevere.

Good session today, very noticeable ache on the base. Definitely felt the inner penis being stretched during the hanging.
I believe my last sleeve has been stretched out and I will have to buy a new one, I am however not sure. I'll see how the next session goes and if the sleeve continues to lose vacuum then I will order and new set of sleeves.

I actually had to stop early as I moved up with the weights faster and the ache on the base was brought on quicker as I did more sets with a heavier weight.
Hopefully a good sign.
 
That I know. Imagine when your Bathmate pump is to narrow, to small. That will be a glorious day.

That's always an incredible thing. When we make such growth, we no longer fit the equipment my suggestion to you is to get yourself a mityvac so when you outgrown the tube you simply order a bigger tube. This will save you money big time.
 
Today's Session
Not a bad session today at all. The hanging was the highlight of course, the base definitely feels the pull, it's incredible. I feel that I am making the best progress so far with the way I am hanging now and it's making me very very happy.
As for the return to pumping, I have only been able to do 2 sets of 2 2 minute intervals, however I feel that the post expansion is much more after the few weeks break I have had. The oedema is of course still nasty but I know the route cause now is the heat of the water I am using which can be easily solved. Will pump again tomorrow.

I have finally ordered new sleeves for my vacuum cup however they wont arrive for a few weeks so I will make do as much as I can with my old sleeves. I only have to reapply the cup after 4-5 sets with the hanger if I get a good seal so it should last me through until they arrive. If not then I will just do manuals until the delivery date.

Heat also allows for better stretching. Because the more warmed up we are the better the stretch

I have a tendency to run baths much hotter than I should and it's probably as a result of that combined with me not pumping for around a month or so.
I doubt that the interval pumping is the issue as I am in the pump for shorter periods which would give the fluid much less time to be moved into the penis.

Heat itself doesn't just cause oedema in the penis but also in the body.
There is a condition called 'Heat Oedema'. Some people's legs will literally swell up when they go outside on a warm day because of that condition.

Girth session was also very good. My EQ was great and I had an amazing few sets without too much oedema after I reduced the water temperature.

What I'm after is the ache on the base and the intensity of the stretch, and usually when the weight starts to feel like less then it's time to move up every so slightly.
For the next while however I will focus on adding more sets rather than weight.

That’s the way to do it!

You need to be adding more set time if you don’t feel the fatigue and if that doesn’t work then increase the weight slightly.

There should own b fatigue after you train. If you're not feeling that fatigueyou need to Up your Sets and intensity

Today's Session
The best session in all my days of PE today. 10 straight sets of pure bliss with the hanging and my dick took it like a champ. The feel I got from it however tells me that it is time for a deconditioning break from length as I feel my penis isn't giving like it used to and needs to re-sensitise itself to length work again. So I may take a 1 week break depending on how the next length session goes. I'll wait until the end of the week and we'll see then.

Pumping session was tremendous. EQ was through the roof. Penis felt full as fuck. Nothing to complain about there.
 
I know what you mean after the 10 hours of stretch, then hang, follow by pumps. Even with the fatigue feeling, the pump session (making by little guy screams going toward 14mmHG at 3 mins bursts as the last two sessions with full engorgement), my EQ was beyond solid. I had to ask the missus help me to ease up on the stacked payload. She enjoyed it for nearly a solid hour. I may be entering into dangerous limit as I head towards 16mmHg, but the little guy kept on asking for that extra expansion.

Never heard of that but I can somewhat guess how it is done.

Bundled stretches are so important to loosen up tunica albigunea and to elongate your entire penis optimally. You need less force as well if you are doing bundled stretches. In every stretch you are stretching more internal tissue, compared to a regular stretch.

My belief is also that with bundled stretches, you are able to cement your gains faster.

Just rotate your penis (left + right) and hang it. The time you are bundled to left, should be equal to the time you are bundled to the right. Each set consists of left + right bundled stretches. Try 10 minutes per set. 5 minutes left bundle + 5 minutes right bundle with a high load/heavy weight. 2 sets per session.

I have not tried this myself, but it should work. You are just using weights/gravity instead of your hands to stretch.
