@huge-girth indicated, the single
strap/noose platform is not enough to hold the penis in place. JES, since then, released their "upgrade" platform for a nominal price. You can get the same thing from eBay and AliExpress for a few dollars.
Another trick is to use the base wrap to ensure good padding around the base of the glans from slippage. We normally use
TheraBand or a similar rubber compound used as a low-
weight system between 3 to 5lbs, the yellow color. It's soft, and it's easy to use. The rubber compound binds very well with skin as the base layer when there's warm moisture forming.
The exercises we're talking about is the
SRT (now a clickable word). Read through the method we use to break down the tissues by stressing them. This reduces the first 4 hours of wearing the JES just simply to weaken the tissues down. JES is used as a post routine, to keep the penis under tension roughly around 900g to 1.15kg. This is the sweet spot to keep the tissues stressed at a low level, and healed in a gained length.
