Currently- 280 lbs
Goal weight- 180-170
Diet- I started this whole thing off with a 5 day water fast and dropped 15 lbs.
just wanted to flush the salt out.
Next i'm doing a juice fast for anywhere between 30 to 90 days, and once i get to around 190, ill either do a water fast, or just workout and follow my healthy diet to lose the rest.
Also, when i start this juice fast, im actually going to start doing bar training/calisthenics/bodyweight type exercises, and when i hit the bulking phase i will hit it 100% intensity.
