Guys is jelqing Safe and how much length can you gain in what time?

Based on what method you're jelqing. For example, as brother huge-girth said, slow squash jelq is great for girth gains. If you're using a combination of full constriction (not allowing blood to flow out of the penis and recycle past 5 minutes, you will get thrombosis. If you're using a fast jelqing method, such as angion method, where you increase jelq pressure but allowing the blood to constantly cycle in and out, then there's no risk to thrombosis.

So, it's about what specific jelq method and for what purpose for the jelqs are being used for.

Is it considered Safe if i dont jelq at a Full Erektion?

We normally jelq at 80% to 90% erection. Quite a few of us also perform jelq at full erection. But, do know that the harder from erection you are during jelqing, the higher chance you get thrombosis, or overly expanded and harden vein. Around 70% to 75% erected is the best range. It's mostly flaccid and barely aroused.

That's a hard answer to provide. It's like asking, "How fast can I run just by simply stretching my legs?"

But to provide a scenario, if you're stretching straight down or straight out (perpendicular to your body while standing up), you're stressing the two ligaments and base muscles holding the penis in place. You also stress the penile tissues, causing the tissues to stretch. But jelqing alone is not going to provide sudden gains. You have to implement constant stress loads down and straight out for hours on end, minimum at 900g and optimally at 1.15kg. Jelqing promotes blood flow and light stretches, but constant traction promotes cellular growth.

If you implement all approaches properly, the lowest growth for an average male is around 0.75cm, while the common average result is around 2.7cm. The few brothers even pushed the gains at 3.1cm based on old data. One brother managed to get as far as 4.4cm in a year. That was because he pushed the limit. Not sure how much growth he managed to get before it all came to a hard stop for him.

Most people do jelq, in one direction. So that should not be an issue. Just be sure to put much effort and intensity in your workout until it's effective. I only went upward, but I did create exercises for downward sideways, and all the way back to the ass. What else are you going to be including in your workout?

I'm one week into daily jelqing 20min and pumping 20min I see the biggest girth gains I've ever had, usually have just pumped or done traction device a bit. Length gain is there also but the girth is very noticeable vs length length

Just a suggestion. If you're seeing a sizable girth gain, with noticeable length gain, try the method of 2x5x5, where 2 minutes is done with the moderate and hard bundled pulling (where you twist your penis and pull downwards), 5 minutes of jelqing using the roller, switch over to 5 minutes of pumping. That extra 2 minutes of pulling assist with the length, the breaks in between jelqing and pumping helps with tissue remodeling phases, and jelqing before pumping helps priming the blood for the pumping exercise.

Just something to think about and consider trying for a week or two.

I researched thrombosis vein that's serious. Can you tell if you have it oncoming? Is it very painful like you know for sure if you have it? That's a very scary possibility from overwork

Also I have noticed when I pump I see some veins when it's up high like 15+ hg. But they are not looking like clotting or bumpy or knotted etc like photos on Google of thrombosis penis, it's like how you see your veins on your hand sometimes but really like standing out but not 'bumping out'. Is this normal?

Thrombosis is not normally painful. It feels bumpy, hard, and even swollen. If there is an infection because of an inversion growth of the pubic hair, then it can get irritating or painful.

Thrombosis is hard to tell if there is an incoming event. It just happens. Knowing how much pressure and stresses you can use will be the baseline in predicting the onset of thrombosis.

The raises would be venous enlargement. If the swelling of the vein is longer than 1.5cm, then it's venous enlargement. If it's around 0.3cm to 0.5cm, then that may be a thrombosis. If your the enlargement goes away in 30 to 90 minutes after the penis is flaccid, then it's a good thing. If it lasts into the hours, that's an early sign of thrombosis formation as the vein expands.

Tyvm!!!!!! The vein it's only noticeable when hitting like 14-17hg then letting off the pressure it becomes less and less visible and around 9-10 hg no visibility at all. It branches it's prob over an inch long no bumpiness it's blue color looks just like back of hands veins

Guys im currently 15cm and im using an extender for 6 months i heard that using it beyond that time doesnt increase size much its insignificant gains it will give me an extra 1 cm plus im jelqing 20 Daily i have outlandish goal i would Like to reach 20 cm do you think thats possible or 18 cm more likely to Happen?

Thrombosis can come about from a simple infection, an ingrown, and yes, typically because of over-stressing the micro valves and blood vessel walls in the veins. Pumping is one, too strong of an erection is another, or a simple as too intense of a sexual activity. Funny enough, quite a few case of over exertion during sexual events caused thrombosis.

Let's recap on what you've done, brother. For other brothers, let's introduce them to your journey log:


You got the Size Genetic (SG) all day stretcher (ADS). The common approach is neutral stretches between 5 to 25 minutes, follows by the wearing of the ADS. There's a combination of the downward hanging as well, using the SG? There's a revised method of hanging using the SG as well since last August, but has it been consistent on top of the ADS? Then there's a switch over the SiliStretcher II ADS since late December. Log went cold.

So, currently, you're at 15cm, aiming at 18cm as a milestone, and shooting for 20cm as the personal objective. But, what are the routines and consistency? We're a bit lost with your journey so far. Our brother @JustGrow provides very detailed report on his hard-to-grow adventure, 0.1cm at a time. We're having a hard time tracking your routines to provide a good analysis.

Damn. I tried that ace tape man yesterday I got it so two days it helps tremendously with the rollers very little friction to none I'd say it blocks about 90% plus of it. The rubber ones got here this evening I'll try tomorrow bought toe covers there about the same as penis silicone sleeves but no pipe like bulge on one side. I'd say same widenwss there big toe ones specifically haha

Ace bandage is know in the sport medicine for its unique anti-abrasion and surface protection. PE is something like a strange sport medicine field. Glad it helps.

Sadly i have no Routine i just jelq for 20 Minutes at afternoon and at Night i use a phallosan Forte if you have any recommendation for a Routine please let me know
I would make a second 20 minute session if jelqing also or pumping, jelqing is probably better because I've read the gains are more permanent than pumping. Stretching you do at least 2-3 hours a night or day if personally say your good on that

I recently started jelqing again after over 15 years off and it's going great. Currently I'm doing 100 jelqs then 1 minute SSJ for 4 to 5 sets. After I'm done I put one or 2 silicone rings and leave them on for about 30 minutes to a few hours depending on how I feel. I like the silicone rings because it keeps the penis engorged without constricting it too much. Blood will leave the penis after a few minutes after which I'll just get it hard again.
I stretch before jelqing and just grease the groove by stretching every time I can (only manual stretching).
My expansion has improved a lot with this approach. Especially during sex. And at 43 that's what I care about the most. EQ and good expansion during sex.
