I've hurt myself playing rugby again, this time its my right thumb, i can barley pic k up anything without it hurting. I'll just have to do my streches again with only my other hand.

Not such a bad thing. For me using my weaker hand was part of my training. I wanted to be able to hold a stretch indefinitely, this was only possible by switching hands. Plus, if you injure yourself you have the option of a strong secondary hand.
I remeber when I busted one of my ribs, My setup was a flatab board with a high crate on the opposite end. I was sweatin bullets, straight horror :shocking:
