Long time no see, l.m.3 downward double rotation stretches are going fine, even more visual gains are showing, can't wait at the end of the month to measure !
At the first of october I will change/modify the routine, these are the three options I'm still uncertain on:
Right now I'm doing:
l.m.3 double rotation downward boundled stretches
20 min x2 morning and evening session
1 min hold left and right, (I have tried for 2 weeks adding reps on the weak side but it wasn't as useful as i expected)
I'm really close to max out the intensity, considering also some sort of sharp pain tolerance which is growing with time

Morning session
l.m.3 double rotation downward bundled stretches 20 min x2 morning

Oldandlively suggested concept of twist and shout
I have tried to apply it [ video 1 ]
6 min 30 sec hold x 12 6 each 3 up/down single rotation
My long term goal should be reaching 2.5 rotations and then 3 rotations
Evening session
DLD l.m.3 blasters, finally, for what I'm seeing on the Forum, maybe the most effective l.m.3 exercise overall, and I'm glad I did a lot of l.m.3 practise before doing it, October will be fire (fire)
20 min 10 up + 10 down 1 min hold each

Here my goal is to start seeing the same visual and measurable gains on the other side of the penis, considering I did only tunica work these 2 months

Is doing three session of l.m.3 total morning evening and before bed
morning D.l.d blasters as option 1
evening l.m.3 double rotation downward boundled stretches twist and shout version as option 1
before sleep d.l.d blasters as option 1
<Third Option>
"Only" two sessions
I basically cut the l.m.3 downwards boundled double rotation to do
morning d.l.d blasters as option 1
evening d.l.d blasters as option 1
Everyone has his pros and cons, the second option may be the most effective, but also the most disciple and time demanding among them all, which will probably lead to my first real lazyness/procrastination days, where I will skip my training
which during these 2 and half months of PE only happened three times on evening session, during unexpected work situations.
