Saturday i took a mile run/jog after not working out for a couple months Sunday my legs hurt and my groin and today when i went to pe this morning i pulled it and it was sore. Has anything like this happen to any one else?
Not specifically, but ya gotta remember; when it comes to the body, everything's connected. Time for Gatorade and aspirin!
Oh yeah, and a little warming up, a little cooling down, a little stretching....well, you know the drill.
took a hour nap and warmed up its about 90% gone still still can feel it a little so i'll do some lite strecthing and jelqs unless i get more pain. maybe my body didn't fully recover i haven't gotten much sleep in a few days.

You should not worry about the soreness. Personally I love it because it means my penis will grow.
If you feel soreness in your inner penis and in the Fundiform and Suspensory ligaments, that's a really good signs for growth. Remember: Pain != Soreness.

You can keep stretching with soreness.
In fact my belief and according to my personal experiences, is that you should keep stretching even when you feel soreness. You will get used to it. Stretch into the soreness and see your penis grow in the future.
