Is there any technique to get rid of blood specks?

I keep getting blood specks on the head of my unit as my grip is weird but its what i feel gets the best pull. I'll try and get a better grip, but for now i need to rid these dots. I had one, now i have a few. Is there a certain way to get rid of them or just wait the 24 hours? They're so annoying!

As long as they're pinhead-sized or smaller, you're OK. You can do hot wraps or soaks and some massage. That will get the blood flowing and speed healing.

You can use a small cotton towel to get a better grip. This will also pad your penis and help prevent spots.
