CLAMPING.
Stay away from this old and inefficient method. Clamping are recommended on �other places� but not here.
The reason is because we know the insane dangers and risks that comes with it. Maybe you don't feel the effects now, but what about 10 years from now when the
Deep Vain Thrombosis really start to interfere with your health, and you need blood thinning in order to not risk for example blockage in your heart (or lungs, or brain). This is just an example of the risks with trapping old blood in your tissue. You don't want the blood to coagulate/clot inside your veins.
