The burden of being a shower is increasing in magnitudes i never thought possible. Women are free socially these days as well as sexual, which is great, i'm not complaining at all. But more and more when out at the bar or even talking to girls online or text personally, women are seemingly more and more interested in the bulge.
The other day while i was talking to a girl i met at a bus stop, was really casual, not game-y at all, just a solid connect, so i grabbed her info. She told asked me to send a picture of my bulge. lol theres a first! i've had girls as for boner pics before tho, so when i asked why a bulge (which made me trip a lil because, i may have a bigger than average boner, but im a horrible shower, seriously im a grower and i shrink like a mf) she told me it's way hotter than a boner pic, all girls think so :0 News to me! I think its normal for women to look at that area if they are interested, or think the man is attractive. Just like us men when we check out a woman's ass, tits, or whatever.

My flaccid length varies allot depending on mood, temperature, and health. Can be anywhere from 5"-6.5" long and my flaccid girth is around 5.2"-5.5". These days I personally ensure my bulge is not on show :) unlike the old days I know, but now I'm quite embarrassed about it, if a woman checks me out down there, hell if a woman chatted me up now I would probably faint its been so long (cwl)

What you can do, is perform wet jelqs while either flaccid, or just below semi-erect, so around 20% erect, and do 15-20 minutes of that split up into whatever form it takes your fancy.

That can help when combined with other methods of enlargement, as your encouraging the circulation into the penis at that set amount of erection, while stretching the tissues.

Another one, before going out where the hot ass is, pump yourself up for 10 mins or so, do some bundled stretches afterwards, some good intense ones for around 2-5 minutes split up into whatever hold time you fancy.

That's awesome, thanks RED! i think i will go for the actual permanent length gains which should translate to a longer flaccid like you mentioned. Because the temporary just seems like a fraud to me, so i would rather really develop a hang. So hanging and jelqs it is.

Back to the op. The best way to go from a grower to a shower is using the SiliStretcher at a medium tension for as many hours you can.
 
I get the “bulge” angle, but as it pertains to PE, it’s restrictive. If you want to send a pic of a tighty whitey bulge, that’s fine.
I don’t have a bulge because I hang low and I get the same stares/glances and it’s awesome.
 
For a long time I wanted to be a grower. Im naturally a shower. I thought that if I could be flaccid only 3 inches and grow to 9, I would impress any girl. I'm a grower myself but I can also be a shower too. It all depends on my balls sack. If my balls sack is loose, the result is a large flaccid hang. Marijuana gives me that very loose balls sack though.

MOS (along with my BM and a lot of hard work) has morphed me from an extreme 'grower' to a 'shower-offer' and I catch women all the time taking a long stare...it's becoming rather comical. I haven't been able to train lately, but i'm just getting back to it, funny enough, when i was hanging, even tho only a brief period, my flaccid hang was waaay bigger.
believe it or not... this insecurity is exactly how i pieced everything together! I know my theory about my bros in HS are right, and that this is the proof.

@op if your talking about having a visible penis line, than yeah, flaccid length is the thing that will have them gawking at your bulge (try walking around town commando with grey sweatpants, hah!)
But if you're talking about a "non-specific" bulge, keep in mind that ball size can also play a huge role in it, especially if you wear briefs or boxer briefs.
 
It’s all about teaching and training penis to remain elongated. It’s natural for it to turtle it’s a normal response after exercise. But if you teach it to remain elongated by using something like the SiliStretcher it will eventually catch up to your erect length.
 
I don't think there is any permanent fix for growers to transform into showers. Correct me if I'm wrong, every grower has a flaccid penis that fluctuates. There are times when my flaccid hangs gets to 6.5 inches and 7 inches and there are also times when it shrinks to as email as 2 inches. It all depends on most of the factors Redzulu mentioned about from anxiety, to body temperature, weather and etc. One thing I found that worked for me in the past was doing Kegels like my life depends on it and always staying elongated with the ace bandage at all times.

As you grow in erect length, you will also grow in flaccid penis but this will not stop you from being a grower. I personally don't bother myself about my flaccid size and that's because my flaccid size is not what I'm using for sex. For me, it is all about erect length.
