I started pe like last year but only did it for 2 days then quit because of job and stuff, but anyways.Ive been doing pe for 3 weeks now and last 4 days when i do my pe my ligs are very sore when i pull but ive still been doing it so is it ok if they are sore and is it a good thing?I know i have gained alot in my 3 weeks and im so close to 8 iches and i was about 7.5 before i started and 5.4 around but not sure if i gained any girth really.I really makes u want it even more when u see that you have gained.
