Don't know if it's worth it? Only you can determine that. But I can tell you, I wouldn't be as big as I'm now if I just stuck with
hanging. But some brothers prefer this method due to life situations.
If you sit at a computer all day and have no spare time,
hanging may fit you.
There are no toughens of the ligaments.
It's a myth!
People that stop gaining, use that as an excuse to feel better about themselves.
From my experience and knowledge there is nothing better to gain then doing
bundled stretches. If you have
LENGTHMASTER 3, you should do bundled stretches with it. This will make you gain the fastest.
Here are my recommendation for progressing with
LENGTHMASTER 3.
Start using the LM3, and the structure of training.
