Please can I ask for some community advice and shared healing experience related to….
So I’ve got an internal dick injury, it’s early in my PE journey and I’m very confused about what it is and what to do about it. **I’d be grateful for your insight, particularly if you have healed from something like this.**
Also, hello! I never did post on the newbie board - and yeh, posting for the first time with an injury … the irony of my user name isn’t lost on me hahaaaaar. So….
SYMPTOMS
Summarising my issue in three bullet points:
- Yesterday after manual stretching I noticed something that looked like a loose piece of string under the skin of my shaft along the top of my dick.
- There’s a very thin stringy strand floating around, not connected to the glands,
- That connects to the base of my dick at the pelvis, where that string is all bunched up like tiny hard beads.
It gives me the impression of snapped nerve / sinew tissue.
Am I in pain? Nope, thankfully. If I squeeze the hard beady bit at the base, wow, ouch shooting sharp pain.
Can I get an erection? Yes, without pain. I woke up with morning wood and didn’t feel and difference but the symptoms are still there.
Is it swelling / tender in those areas? No, hopefully this means it’s not too severe…?
HOW DID THIS HAPPEN?
The injury happened during manual bundled stretching, on the fourth consecutive day of getting back into doing PE.
Day 1.
- 1x rep of bundled stretches.
- 8hrs in ADS
Day 2
- 2x rep of bundled stretches.
- 2x 10min in pump at pressure 3.
- 1hr in cock ring after pump. Created minor donut effect at base of cock which went away overnight.
- 8hrs in ADS
Day 3
- 2x rep of bundled stretches.
- 3x 10min in pump at pressure 5.
- 16hrs in ADS
Day 4 (yesterday)
- 1.5x rep of bundled stretch… injury during the second set.
Each day I did warm up of about 15mins in an infared heating wrap before the PE exercises.
During the bundled stretches on day 4 I felt minor pain under the helmet of my glands during these positions … straight up to the left, and the behind the cheeks.
It’s not like a felt a snap or anything. I just decided that it was a good idea to stop half way through the second set of stretches because of that pain. So I got myself hard to enter the vacuum chamber and boom, I noticed the symptoms.
Seems like *sigh* bundled stretches were to advanced for me, I’m pulling to hard, I’m overdoing it too many days in a row for a newbie. Feeling a lot of facepalm and self cringe atm.
SINCE THEN
I’m continuing to use the infared heating pad often as I can to encourage healing, and of course, reframing from any more PE.
I’m not sure what to do from here, what type of doctor to consult, if this type of injury “goes away” with time.
