Injury but not through PE

About a year and a half ago while we were quite drunk my girlfriend was giving me a handjob, she got a bit aggressive with it and I got a small tear in the piece of skin just below the head on the underside (see picture)

It bled, but not much at all, I didnt consult a doctor or anything (its a sensitive subject as you can imagine) the tear healed quickly, but since then it seems quite tight, as if it would be painful to pul the foreskin down any further than just below the head. I havent had sex since that moment through fear of reinjury. Do i have a reason to worry? or should I just make sure I take care

I would try having sex and see how it feels. I think DLD tore his frenulum also, and I don't remember how long he took off, but I don't think it was that long before he was back and stretching, pulling, and yanking.
