important inquiry about when to rest?

OK,hi y'all.Anyone is welcome to respond but if any of the vets out there(RedZulu2003,10-inch,Pandora,Threak just to name of few) and of course the man himself especially DLD would respond that would be muchly appreciated. So here is my question:How do you know if you are that type of person who can workout every day of the week(like DLD) or if you need to take a rest day or two to maximize gains,you know so no time is wasted?Thank you.
 
I'm not expert but I think this is a question only you yourself will be able to answer. Be observant, is the little guy sore? shriveled up? or ready for more of a beating? I think you really have to gauge resting on your own, the best anyone can do is give you things to look out for that indicate you're in need of a break.

well, if your not getting sore, then your workouts aren't intense enough. So make sure to get really intense and if your really sore, take a day off.
