OK,hi y'all.Anyone is welcome to respond but if any of the vets out there(RedZulu2003,10-inch,Pandora,Threak just to name of few) and of course the man himself especially DLD would respond that would be muchly appreciated. So here is my question:How do you know if you are that type of person who can workout every day of the week(like DLD) or if you need to take a rest day or two to maximize gains,you know so no time is wasted?Thank you.
