I'm PE'ing again, so what at phase do I continue the the MOS program?

Hi DLD and everyone,

I've got a well conditioned penis for penis enlargement, but other than stretches for 4-5 months I haven't done any Penis Enlargement... Up until today, I've always shaped my workouts myself and the last workout I did was a modified version of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] workout (I'm a member)... and now I'm coming back to try the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] workout fully, step by step, as written by DLD himself. So the question I have is: At which phase should a conditioned person like myself continue the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] program? Should I start at Phase 3 or Phase 4 for example and continue on from there?

Welcome back to the grind! I think it would be best to work Phase 1 for a couple weeks, just to get a good baseline idea of where you are. From there we can determine what will be best. If you are conditioned well you may want to jump right into Phase 4 after the first couple weeks.
