As lots of you know I'm doing cold showers every single day. I'm feeling much more 'fresh' and 'awake' after them and I also listed once all the benefits of cold showers:

As for especially 'icing the balls' - during cold showering I actually always aim the shower head for around 10-30seconds on my ballsack. If it causes any effects? I don't know. But this is definitely a topic we should keep watching.
It's well known that the temperature of your balls should be lower than your body temperature, it's also already researched that a higher ball temperature and tight underwear can decrease the fertility of your sperm.

However, like I just wrote in another post - if it doesn't cause any bad effects so why not trying it?
Maybe I'll soon start hanging my ballsack into crushed ice for a test of 7 days - 5-10min each day, but I have to play around here as I don't know about the feeling when you ice your balls actually! (shivering)

It still would be sick if we could get somebody here who lets his testosterone and sperm check before and afterwards at a laboratory!

You have to keep the cold temperature on for a minimum of 30 minutes, and the studies show it take about 15 days to get there, but it does boost test and sperm production significantly. Soviet Bodybuilders used to ice their testicles.
