Guys, you can go e-bay and buy them for around $25 to $30! thats where I got mine. I bought one that also incorporates rare earth magnets.

Since I got it (about 5 days ago), my penis feels a little bit thicker in flaccid stage. It does work and it is very safe.

I'm not sure if anyone still makes it but suppose "Supra" makes them. But from what I read on other threads, he's not on often. Hmmm...??

I would try ebay. If you can't find it on ebay, it is very easy to make.

Wow, I can't believe that after the 100s of posts that were made about the ROP and the aftermath of the ROP controversy that someone is actually wanting to use one. Do a search and see if the ROP is effective and if ANYONE here would even think of making them again.
