I am doing PE for 9 months and I have gained one whole inch of EL just by manual stretching.
My current size is 6.25 EL but my gial is to hit 7.5.
Starting size was something around 5.25 maybe a bit less.
My routine is bundle stretches at start of routine.
Basic stretching all angles 20 minutes supported by light kegels. Seems that my gains stopped. What to do? Should I take two weeks of than continue or just to slam it harder?
