I want 1 inch EL. Only manual work

Hi people.
I am doing PE for 9 months and I have gained one whole inch of EL just by manual stretching.
My current size is 6.25 EL but my gial is to hit 7.5.
Starting size was something around 5.25 maybe a bit less.
My routine is bundle stretches at start of routine.
Basic stretching all angles 20 minutes supported by light kegels. Seems that my gains stopped. What to do? Should I take two weeks of than continue or just to slam it harder?
 
If you’re only going for length I suggest that you go for the newbie routine and skip the girth portion. Use the manual stretches as they are written and as you want to increase intensity if you cannot afford a lengthmaster use a simple PVC pipe so you can do powerassist stretches.

In my last session I used to get my penis in standard grip and with other hand stretched mid-shaft in counter direction towards base, I felt (suppose thats tunica) intense stretch inside and it was good. I will start dropping few minutes into my routine doing those double stretches and see whats hapoening...

I must say that slow squash jelq is awesome! I tried it and got massive expansion and after 4 sessions i think my penis is thicker in some parts of shaft
Plus both suspensory ligs popped out because while was doing ssj i was also pulling the inner penis out and they just popped out, is that ok?

That all sounds good and I’m so happy you’re seeing the unbelievable power of the SSJ. The only thing that would make us even greater is the 5×5×3 found in SRT. I’m so happy for you my friend!

I must say that I threw 9 months away because I didnt do bundles until maybe 10 days ago, now I can stretch it further and further every couple of days which I suppose is direct connection with tunica stretched and deformed...thanks my friend

I have started discovering SRT power I guess!
With double bundle stretches before every single work is just fabulous! I must say that I threw 9 months away because I didnt do bundles until maybe 10 days ago, now I can stretch it further and further every couple of days which I suppose is direct connection with tunica stretched and deformed...thanks my friend

Better late than never and I can tell you it is a new trend over the past two years. I invented this exercise in 2003 and it went dormant for many years until I realized that it stretched the Tunica in the most effective way. Today it’s become a precursor to training as a pre-stretch is the most dense tissue of the Tunica.

I have started doing slow squash jelqs for about a week, this is best girth exercise so far but I have noticed that my inner penis gets out a bit after every workout and seems kinda longer and my suspensory ligs pop out every time. I know that this is for girth and I get huge expansion every time, but what about that exposure of inner penis? Someone experiencing the same??? This is good for me if it will bring extra length because thats my main goal to reach - better length, and maybe I will get it better by doing and girth exercises as well.
I am really curious about all this and I would love to hear your opinion guys. Thanks

yes I completely understand what you’re saying and that’s the reason that I created the Bathmate hard-core stretches 10 years ago, because I noticed that inner penis was being pulled out when I was pumping. So I created DLD BM hard-core stretching.

Since inner penis is being pumped out when we pump, combining daily usage of length master and bathmate/mityvac would bring the inner penis out even more. It's just sad to see that, no one has been able to use the length master consistently for 1 year together with pumping for one year. The kind of gains that can be made from such combination can only be imagined.
