I see you here daily and I know you’re putting in the work or else I would be bugging you, believe me! ? Keep very steady measurements being sure to measure from the right place each time. If you have questions on how to measure please follow this guide: Measuring Page
 
Ok thanks . One more thing I hate when life doesn't allow me to get a full workout in should I do what I can or just heal elongated that day because I hate only getting half a workout in and having to do it later so when this happens I just heal elongated
 
If you can get any work in, do it, even if it's just half of a set. If it seems or feels too troublesome then healing while elongated is a good way to go. Remember piss pulls and Kegels!
 
I do them to thanks . Every little thing counts right. Nice talking to you again Arkailija. Have you seen my new 5 day routine it's on my routine & progress forum . And every since I started that routine I can tell I'm growing without measuring after a month. And my girlfriend touched me and could tell I was growing. And I'm not a cheater but I have noticed at work guys & girls especially girls have been checking out my package very hard it was hilarious my lead at work that is a womon was getting on to me for a bad part but couldn't stop looking at my junk . And this happens every single day sense I started this routine. I fill like I'm growing like a weed lol

That’s the best advice right here. A very big mistake men make is when they become too busy to get a full routine and they just don’t get anything else. It’s better to get two minutes of stretching in a day than not at all, not for the gains but keep your head in the game. PE has so much to do with making a habit and the best way to keep this habit is on the days we are too busy, getting in even the smallest amount of work will keep your mind in the right mode. If you continuously skip workouts eventually you’ll just fizzle out and it will all be for not. So on those busy days where you can’t get him a full routine follow the advice of Ark.
