I order the stealth stretcher but the rods were defective.

I recently ordered the stealth stretcher bundle and upon opening the package I saw that the rods were bent. I had to use pliers to adjust. And after trying using it the second time one of the rods broke. I contacted sales@mattersofsize.com and buymos@gmail.com and nobody has hit me back up. Do they ever check to see if the products aren’t defective before shipping it out? Am I able to get a replacement stretcher?

Okay, I'm really curious about the photos. The new Stealth has the golden (higher zinc and copper for the golden sheen) standard now and not the normal stainless steel?
