I'm exactly the same size as a year ago. However I have a bigger D than last year? What's going on.

1. I think I overestimated last year
2. I have grown into the size I overestimated.
3. I do have a bit more girth, but since it's post pump girth it's hard to note actual size.

Well I will come back and tell you how I do in year 4.

Continuous cell growth, but when you measured, you probably measured from a lingering post PE routine. However, with all the PE routines in the earlier year, your tissues are now more developed and firm.
