I cant achieve an erection!!!

Hey guys please help I dont know what happened!! I didnt change my routine or anything and I was getting close to 6 inches, but just now after masturbating once I cant get a fucking erection. what could have happened? What can I do ? Please help!!!<?

It seems the problem is only when Im standing up as seated I can achieve my same erection!! as soon as I stand up the erection starts to fade away.
