I have no idea what shock routine is but i know what can help you.Consistency.You are thinking too much about routines and other stuff.Create a routine.Stick with it.And wait.
Shock routines are basically overtraining to get the ball rolling when you are stuck in a rug. It's honestly better to just start a new routine that is a complete departure from the work you were doing when things went stale.
I think you expect a hardcore routine to give hardcore results, but its more tricky than that because the tissues adapt really fast. You need a consistent routine, and that cant be a shock one because you'll injure. Sorry player we all need to put in the hours to get this gain.
