@huge-girth yeah I have a lot of friends who compete in bodybuilding. In bodybuilding you go through a process of shedding all the fat before competition, the process takes 16-20 weeks. After competition, you dont get fat, but you gain back the normal levels of fat to maintain an anabolic environment and health.
However during the process of shedding for contest, THE LAST place where you lose fat is your lower back love handles. The pubic area too, although that area has no relevance in competition, but the point is, by the time your lower back handles and your pubic area gets skinny, you're showing veins everywhere else in the body. Your skin is like onion skin.
So although the supplement industry will sell you 100 different products and techniques to lose your fat pad, ITS FAKE. FAKE ASS LIKE CNN FAKE.
Women have the same issue but in different areas. For them the problem is thighs and booty. Thats why is more common to see girls with flat bellies and big booty and thighs. Those are their problem areas. For us dudes is the belly and waist all around. Its all hormones at the end.
