so i found a different way to pump
i would warm up my doing full erection with ring.to get medium pressure
then when i pump on the second pump i do high pressure for about 2-5 seconds for maximum expansion and then slowly drop back down to regular pressure and do few sets of that.
i get way more expansion that way without water retention. but after that dick is beat up like after a full gym workout. its dead.
great gains but needs recovery time. if too early then the head becomes smaller and stops expanding.for weeks.
(i get massive expansion from that btw when i pump) but i cant figure out the right time to recover and always start too early)
how does it feel when dick is healed from heavy workout and ready to go next round? sometimes its 2 days sometimes 3-4-5 days is still not enough.
i do maintenance sets inbetween with just ring to keep medium pressure on to keep the expansion
