how to figure out how many days of rest do i need?

so i found a different way to pump
i would warm up my doing full erection with ring.to get medium pressure
then when i pump on the second pump i do high pressure for about 2-5 seconds for maximum expansion and then slowly drop back down to regular pressure and do few sets of that.
i get way more expansion that way without water retention. but after that dick is beat up like after a full gym workout. its dead.

great gains but needs recovery time. if too early then the head becomes smaller and stops expanding.for weeks.
(i get massive expansion from that btw when i pump) but i cant figure out the right time to recover and always start too early)
how does it feel when dick is healed from heavy workout and ready to go next round? sometimes its 2 days sometimes 3-4-5 days is still not enough.
i do maintenance sets inbetween with just ring to keep medium pressure on to keep the expansion

with this i dont get the red dots i dont get fluid retention becuase i dont stay in pump for more than 5 minutes of based on feel mostly
but recovery time is where its at. i managed to hit the exact recovery time days few times and had massive increase in just weeks but then did too early next time and it pulled back again

That's awesome that you're finding new ways to bring expansion. After the session, you should feel like you beat up your Dick Because you will feel fatigue. But fatigue is good, especially after the length session.

It really depends on if it's fatigue or if it's pain. If it's fatigue, you need no time off. You may need to adjust your sessions. Maybe going 4 times a week. But there's no reason for weeks off unless it's pain, you're feeling.

That's incredible that you're not seeing red spots and endema! And you're still seeing expansion, which is pretty incredible too. So I say, stick with what is working for you until it is no longer working. And then you can adjust your routine to fit your new needs.

Depending on the bumpiness. If you have red spots, hold back on the pressure. This is merely an indicator your glans is not strong enough to hold back the amount of fluid going into the fascias, or the upper skin layers. Conditioning is needed. If it's just some light coloration bump, conditioning is still needed, but there's no impact to the capillaries. This is a personal call to remain at the pressure. Large bumps, well, this is neither good or bad sign. The pressure may be a bit too high. Large red bumps means the pressure is way too high and there are damages to the capillaries. This is where you need to back off on the pressure a whole lot more, and condition yourself again.

This is penile stress loading. You can try to get a full erection, but because there's so much prior stresses from PE, no matter what you do, you can't get it at 100% hardness. What you want to do is allow a day of rest. Sometimes two. After that, the stress should be lessen to the level where a full solid hard rock erection can work again. Just like the rest of your body from soreness during heavy workout. Although soft and hard muscles are different, the fundamental nature of functionality is the same. Your penis is a combination of fluid dynamic and musculature, while the rest is skeletal and musculature, with a mix of fluid dynamic. If you want us to go into this into further depths, let us know. Otherwise, it's the geeky side of PE.

Keep at it and don't over do things. Find that sweet spot and let us know what you discover.

I do 3 sets of 10 minutes each and use a RED LIGHT THERAPY wrap around the pump for 10 mins. Then remove my penis and do stretched (each way - up, down, left, right), then do a few jelqs. I the massage and roll my penis between my both palms of my hands for a good blood flow technique. Then is back in the pump cylinder for 10 more minutes with the RED LIGHT THERAPY wrap, wrapped around the outside of the pump cylinder - (3 sets of 10 mins each 5 days a week with the RLT wrap)

I understand the red spots are busted capillaries, but when they are stretched and expanded to this level wouldn't this be a good thing; when they heal, over time, wont this help growth?

Yes it does. But too much damages over time can cause blood delivery issues through the far far reaches of the penis. That's what the capillaries are for. There must be a balance of micro damages vs constant major damages.

Edemas are very common. However, use the SSJ to reduce the edemas down to a minimum or remove it completely. Edemas are not bad, but why have it to cause cushioning to prevent your penis to remain its maximum expansion?

However, it doesn't stop someone that chase after girth to do a 40 minutes of 5x5x3 (or now is 5x5x8) session. In a 40 minutes, I rather place a 5 minutes of lengthening exercises with the LM3 to break down the tissues by doing the BTC bundled exercise. When you pump, the tissues can be expanded even further than without the BTC bundled exercise.
