As per the subject, I will appreciate if anyone can tell me how to perform the dld erect bends. I also would like to know how many sets or reps I need to do daily.

Go for five minutes for the first few sessions you can do five 1 minute sets. As time progresses we can add to this.

The question I asked what how to do the erect bends. All I need to do is get erect and bend my penis against the curve and hold it for 1 minute right? Start with 5 reps or set?

No, DLD bends there is a rolling movement when doing them. Just checked out the video in the AV section of the member site at www.mattersofsize.com/access. There is a video there that shows three different views.
