How to correct a left curve

Hi all,

I have no idea, a lot of threads say you should jelq to the right, of course. But what does that mean? Standard grip to the right or overhand grip to the right?
My question: which grips are the best to correct a curve to the left? Standard grip right/left, overhand grip right/left?
