How to boost youre EQ

Pelvic floor muscle work is vital to increasing your erection quality. This routine below will get you to 100% EQ within a month. We practiced this every day and it can be done anywhere

100 quick Kegel squeezes

50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.
 
my pc muscles is weak as hell! im only able to do quick squeezes. holding it seems impossible. I've had several stomach surgeries and i feel cramps and pain in my stomach when i try to hold. Am i doing them wrong??

If that is all you can do for now that’s plenty and as you continue to do them you’ll become stronger and stronger and be able to hold it longer and longer. You will not strengthen your pelvic floor muscles overnight it should be something you practice every day to get stronger and stronger. Are you doing the PC routine from the newbie routine?
 
I actually have been improving. I took a small break for a few months then got started in December again. My eq was absolute garbage so i started kegeling alot. From only managing to do a few at a time im able to now doing 40-60 quick ones every 5 minutes or so. but holding? forget about it! been trying just about everyday. I will definitely keep trying and look into routines for it.

The quick squeezes are plenty to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. Just do more and more of them as you’re able. At one point I was doing them the whole day without even knowing it. You will get stronger and eventually you’ll be able to hold for a very long time. But for now let’s stick with a quick squeezes
 
Well ginseng and macca helps...but its not viagra...but macca dose get you hornier and cum is more dense in my observation...might be wrong.Give it a try! If you into suplementation....any recomendations would be nice to hear too!
 
Yea tried them both, not get anything from it, only ones haven't tried yet are Cistanche and ashwaghanda
 
Butea Superba could be something to give a try. Beetroot juice does cause more nitric oxide action = better bloodflow and erections in most cases.

I also haven't tried cistanche yet. Ashwagandha is more adaptogenic and "balancing", maybe not the go to herb for PE properties.
I've been having a course of Butea Superba as of late but I've been doing other stuff too so I can't pinpoint if certain results are only due to Butea.

Getting hard on demand is also about a mindset, you could train visualization and create an anchor in your body, as in a simple thumb and finger connection or touching a certain spot on your body.

And of course the mentioned PC squeezes etc., are wonderful for overall penile health so keep up with those. Just wanted to chime in about some supplements (yet again) if someone has missed the mention of Butea.
 
Thanks for the info guys.My only concerne is that as if with steroids or drugs i belive tjere might be some tolerance and damsge to the natural biochemistry of the body in which case with further use you might lose youre natural abilitys....Im not a doctor but usually "easy things" come with hard price...I hope its not the case for this suplementation?

Not so with Viagra it really is not addicting in anyway nor does it build up any type of tolerance. I took it every day for like 10 years and I never had to increase the amount I took, I never had a negative side effects and with or without it I was able to get 100% erect. The reason why I took it is it because it made girth sessions so simple and effortless as far as EQ. And to me it was far better to take Viagra then to mess my mind up looking at pornography.

Can these be done sitting down or in a desk chair at work?

I do them sitting and laying down watching tv. Do them as much as you can as they truly help in an incredible way. I've been doing them for a few weeks now and its not so much a "on demand erection" but it's easier to get and it will be rock hard.
 
ZINC. SELENIUM.....TRIBULUS....FENUGREEK...on a daily basis Can really help you.. Don't forget to work out (weight training for testosterone and cardio for vascular health)
Work on your relax attitude too

Do not forget to do stretching for flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints.
 
I pretty much have a healthylifestyle bit I hace problema with EQ sometimes It works sometimes It dont...and mostlu It dosent last long...maybe I should stop masturbación...any Adviento mantain erections?
