Myself:

40 mins
5/6 times a week

2-3 Hrs Per Day(always) With 2-4(as Time Allows) "super Sessions"(3-6 Hrs) 7 On -0 Off.

6 to 7 days a week , two 90 min sessions mon, wed, fri, 1 45 min session tues, thurs, sat,
sunday's i do what ever time allows.
