How much length can be gained from doing girth exercise.

As per the subject, I would like to hear from those that have made girth gains. How much length do you think can be gained if I focus mainly on girth for a period of 1 year? We all know a bit of length gains can be made from girth work.

But will it be up to 0.5? I will appreciate if you all can say something on this thread with your ideas.
 
One hand washes the other. IMO, it is imossible, unless strictly stretching, to focus on length only. Our bodies expand before elongation. Simple science...
 
Yes I know you are. But I also know that people make length gains from girth work. There used to be a guy here who goes by the name Acromegaly. He made up to half inch gains in length and went from 5.5 inches or so to 7 inches girth.

A lot of people have gained length from girth work. I've read about it so many times
 
You can gain length by girth work. Even I did.
It depends upon what exercise you do.

If you only do SSJ or any other compression exercises, you will not gain any length.
However, if you do normal jelqing, you will gain some length.

I've gained length in the past when clamping, and further back doing wet jelqs.

Anywhere from 1/2 inch to 1 inch.

If you're placing fulcrums, bends in, well you'll gain around that area. It's like hanging, primarily seen as length, but you gain base girth due the stress placed at the anchor point, the base.

With hanging, if the base never thickened, you're unlikely to go up in intensity, carry more weight.

I would suggest, if you want length by doing girth work, also chuck in specific length moves after a girth one.

For example, pumping is wrongly seen as just a girth exercise. You can use the pump as normal right, then get yourself performing bundled stretching, such as BTC bundles, V stretching along the pumped shaft, and really work it.

Once I get a US device, I'm going to experiment with pumping in a tight tube for length followed by bundled work, and a short extender session to top it off.

I feel the vacuum does open doors so to speak, internally inside the penis, the spongy chamber's, it does something. I feel it when I followed the regimen, currently I'm doing a pump session with stretching a few times a week.

More effective in a hot bath, especially doing the BTC bundles after pumping.

Just don't get allot of FR, it could be painful as you stretch.

I can't explain the science, wish I could, but I think it could be another potent way to gain length more effectively, more so when used with the US device that longstretch has atm.

We all knew the importance of heat, those that used hydro pumping know what I mean.

Do you have a pump HG? Would you consider getting a ultrasound device?
 
I have the bathmate X40 extreme. I don't really know much about the ultrasound device. Where can I find information about it?

You have way better info here then I could contribute... so I won’t add anything to mess up the good stuff.

But....
Many people that do girth focused routines gain length.
Vac pumping, clamping, bundled stretches, and jelqing all should benefit length also.
So it will depend on your routine but I would surely expect some length result.

If you have a bend, jelqing towards that bend will make your gains even faster....
However, it will make your penis more bent. So stay safe....

I have a bent penis. Should I jelq against the bend? Do you mean that if I jelq against the bend, my penis would be more bent?

If you will jelq towards the bent, it will bend even more....

If you have a bent towards left and you started jelqing towards left, you will make your penis even more bent but will gain faster....
If you have a bent towards left and you started jelqing towards right, you will gain slower but it will also correct your bent.....

My advise, either jelq straight up, straight out or straight down ;)

To answer my own question, half inch of length can be gained from pumping in a 1 year period and that's without hardcore stretches with the pump.
