I've gained length in the past when clamping, and further back doing wet jelqs.
Anywhere from 1/2 inch to 1 inch.
If you're placing fulcrums, bends in, well you'll gain around that area. It's like
hanging, primarily seen as length, but you gain base girth due the stress placed at the anchor point, the base.
With
hanging, if the base never thickened, you're unlikely to go up in intensity, carry more
weight.
I would suggest, if you want length by doing girth work, also chuck in specific length moves after a girth one.
For example, pumping is wrongly seen as just a girth exercise. You can use the pump as normal right, then get yourself performing bundled stretching, such as
BTC bundles, V stretching along the pumped shaft, and really work it.
Once I get a US device, I'm going to experiment with pumping in a tight tube for length followed by bundled work, and a short extender session to top it off.
I feel the vacuum does open doors so to speak, internally inside the penis, the spongy chamber's, it does something. I feel it when I followed the regimen, currently I'm doing a pump session with stretching a few times a week.
More effective in a hot bath, especially doing the
BTC bundles after pumping.
Just don't get allot of FR, it could be painful as you stretch.
I can't explain the science, wish I could, but I think it could be another potent way to gain length more effectively, more so when used with the US device that longstretch has atm.
We all knew the importance of heat, those that used hydro pumping know what I mean.
