I'm wondering if any of you have observed the kind of BPFSL fluctuations that I have.
For instance say, I wake up with what we shall my base length L.
Heating adds L+3mm or so. A quick stretching workout 6x40s added another 2, so we're at L+5mm.
However, after hanging yesterday, I was only able to do L+2 or so.
Has anyone experienced something like this?
