About half an hour for me unless i just ate something. Cialis works for like 36 hours so you can take it hours before you actually need it, just to be sure...

liquid takes 2 hours, pills take 1/2 hour. The liquid lasts much longer (that's comparing the ones I have from 2 different companies). The liquid lasts at least 36 hours and the pills last closer to 20.

You could use a digital scale to measure it I suppose. Take it any way you want as its in powder form
