How do you measure BPFSL in the SG?

do you measure the head? sometimes my head swell inside. Seems there are lots of variables.

To measure your Bone pressed flaccid length you should measure straight out from the body.

You should also measure the length of your penis before you put the device on to get an accurate length.

You should measure the whole length of your penis including the head.
