How do you assess this? Is it a symptom of something or is it normal due to the gains?

Hey guys, this is my first post and I have a question...

I've been doing PE for about a year and a half (consistently with a good routine: 8 months) and I've already gained about 1 inch in length and 0.3 inch in girth. I'm very happy with the results so far and I'm getting better and better. I'm one of those people who goes a while without any results and suddenly sees several gains in a short space of time. I'm a legitimate grower and my flaccid penis was actually much smaller and that's changing with PE.

However, I started to notice this, let's say... "anatomical difference" in my penis, I really don't know what to call it... it looks like a kind of gap, with a slightly lower relief, a mini hole, it even looks like a kind of stretch mark, I don't know... (in the photos bellow I would say that I have about a 30% erection)

wee32fab9-401b-46f7-bdf2-4702c7d049c3.webp

Zero pain, zero strange sensations, just visual. I've always been very conservative in my sessions and I've never had an injury. It's not bothering me, I don't even know if it's a real problem or if it's normal due to the new elasticity of the penis, it's just curiosity...

This decreases considerably (almost disappears) when 100% erect or 100% flaccid, it is more in this semi-erect range that it is possible to denote more.

My routine is basically:

**In the morning**
-Warm-up
-Manual stretching at different angles (lots of bundled stretches and BTC) – 3 sets
-Rotary Cranks between sets
-Warm-down
(Approximately 20–30-minute session, high intensity)

In the past, I would wrap my penis in a bandage to keep it stretched and continue like this during the day (I would take it off every hour for blood circulation or to go to the bathroom, and I would take advantage and do some regular Jelqs at that time to help with circulation).

I recently got my hands on an ADS device with more traction and it has improved a lot. So, after a session, I put the ADS on at a reasonable traction and continue like this for about 5-6 hours (same routine of taking it off every hour with regular Jelqs for circulation).

After a few weeks of testing frequency and rest, I came to the conclusion that for me the ideal is 2 days ON and 1 OFF, but I use ADS every day that is possible for 5-6 hours.

**At night**

-5x5x3 - adapted with a generic penis pump (that's what I could get)
-Cock ring for 30 to 50 minutes (depending on what time I go to sleep)
Girth It's not my tier 1 priority for now, so I allow myself not to go too crazy in the girth session.

This is my current routine.

My guess is that I have thick veins right next to them, which gives the impression of a larger relief, leaving this “gap”.
What do you think? Is it common? Is it a symptom? Should I keep an eye on it or am I being too cautious?

Thank you very much for all the teachings you share here, you are changing lives... when I reach my goal I will still make a post just to say thank you.

I've looked at the photo but I can't seems to find any problem there. If there is no pain and no swelling vein, then there is nothing to worry about.

Very nice gain. Thank you for the report.

Let's answer this at the moment. That is a tissue deformation due to the overstretching focusing a bit too much on the left side, and then the amount of stretch back to the right side has unequal intensity. What the crap does that mean? You probably favored the amount of stretches for longer period of time towards the left, stressing the tissues on the right out. The tissues growth on the right can't keep up, so it causes cavitation, or just tissue indentation. When you switch over to the right side, you increase the intensity of the pulls even more. There's a slight 20 degrees right hand favoring growth when your penis is at its flaccid state because of the stronger intensity but short burst of time from the pull. Right-handed by chance?

This decreases considerably (almost disappears) when 100% erect or 100% flaccid, it is more in this semi-erect range that it is possible to denote more.

This is quite common as the blood volume increases and expand all the surface imperfection out. You see the imperfection when your penis is at flaccid. It can be taken care of using a more constricting cylinder. Let's say your current erection state is 5.5in for girth, and 6in for length. Use a cylinder that is 5.75in for girth, and 9in for length to create buffer space. It can either be air or water, but water is more stable and supportive. If you like to read this article, let us know. By having the tissues expand at the same rate in a confine space, the tissues will level out in uniformity, and the imperfection will be smooth out over time.

My routine is basically:

-Warm-up
-Manual stretching at different angles (lots of bundled stretches and BTC) – 3 sets
-Rotary Cranks between sets

Very nice newbie routine to take it to the next step later.

Wow. Mos brothers don't do this kind of regimen. Very impressive dedication.

Well done. For the 5x5x3 routine, switch up to:
3 minutes SSJ, 5 minutes pump, then 3 minutes SSJ (this is to create balancing tissues for your deformity)
Rest, warm up tissues for 2 minutes.
2 minutes SSJ, 5 minutes pump, then 2 minutes SSJ (to continue to the internal expansion)
Rest, warm up tissues for 2minutes.
3 minutes pump, 8 minutes SSJ, to finalize the internal tissue expansion
Perform post pumping routine.

My guess is that I have thick veins right next to them, which gives the impression of a larger relief, leaving this “gap”.
What do you think? Is it common? Is it a symptom? Should I keep an eye on it or am I being too cautious?

Large vein, common. No symptoms, no issues. Deformity, can be corrected. Cautious, always for PE.

Thank you very much for all the teachings you share here, you are changing lives... when I reach my goal I will still make a post just to say thank you.

You are more than welcome. We're here for the brothers in building up confidence and emotional balance through bodily improvement. Always ask questions if you are uncertain of something.

Oh, that makes perfect sense! I'm right-handed and have a considerable discrepancy in strength and dominance between my hands. Plus, since I work out hard at the gym, my forearm muscles are often fatigued, which contributes to this imbalance! I'll start switching hands and paying more attention to this.

Thank you! To tell you the truth, this is kind of the result of trauma... having a very small penis (sometimes I thought I even had a micro penis) really messed with me. From the moment I discovered that I could reverse this with PE, all the trauma turned into fuel for motivation and discipline. Of course, it's not easy to stay motivated all the time, but if it's possible to get there, I will do anything is in my power... besides, working home office and spending the day alone helps a lot in implementing a routine haha

AH. Careful of the "death grip" syndrome as well. Those who workout tends to over stretch and over grip the penis to the point of blood either stop flowing or blood volume and pressure over pressurizes at the glans, which can cause discoloration, or worst, blistering.

We have all gone through this misconception of a micro penis. In reality, it's the societal influence of what a real penis is, mainly due to the adult entertainment industries and ladies fallen into the traps of "I want to experience that large sizes too." My girlfriend (wife now) could barely handle the comfort level at 5in long and 4.5in girth when she was in her 20s to her 30s. In her 40s and 50s, she wants something with more girth after giving births. She can barely handle 6.3in now. Her comfort level is around 6.1in in girth for long period enjoyment, with the max length of 6in. Any more, she feels extremely uncomfortable. BUT, and this is a big but, when she has that surge of a wild side, she wants that extra 1in to pound her past the bottom-end point.

No matter what the situation is, don't compare yourself to others. Only do what is important to your own mindset. It can be to build personal confidence, or you can do it to improve your outlook, provide the bondship and stimulation with your significant other, and even improve your own health. Don't compare yourself to the rest of the world. Compare your old self to the possible new self instead. Always ask, "What is my vision for future myself?"

What the heck is a death grip? Was it Darth Vadar who invented it?🤪

It's like they say: "comparison is the thief of joy", I've compared myself a lot with others in the past, I'm trying to improve and stop doing that! Thanks for the words!
