How can you tell max lig stretch?

I know this question will elicit some one-liners (e.g. when you need a third shoe) but, I'm interested to know if there are physiological changes that indicate when one has reached maximum exposure of internal penis tissue. Thanks.
 
This is a personal observation. For me it was the use of all my strength (the reason I started using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words]) But even with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] I would put 100% in. I guess I never found my max.
 
Thanks for the response, DLD. I placed some rubberized pipe insulation on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words], and use it as a fulcrum for weight hanging. I feel a pull both on my ligs and at the base of my internal penis. My ligs feel sore with some burning and later some itching. I now have a ledge of about an inch that extends from my body. It doesn't quit look like penis because it has pulled and tightened up scrotum. I guess now, I have to stretch my scrotum. Can any of you relate to this experience? As described by others, by pulling out internal penis tissue, my dick looks like it is growing a beard on top. Thanks
