How can you tell if stretching is too much tension? Can you use penis pumps and stretching the same day?

I watched a russo lifts YouTube he says "don't try one or two pounds of weight your dick will get all snapped up n shit" well I realized my penis at times it looks kind of shriveled from the stretching I do I don't really notice pain no purple I do feel rug burn though I believe just from the band. How can you tell if it's close to enough for nerve damage? And for what I described I have it's not constant just at times I do 2 hours to a bit above that daily and highest tension no more than 60-90min. Would I be purple if there's nerve damage? In severe pain? I'm not in any but that rug burn feeling.
Also is it safe to use pumping and stretchers as a daily PE routine?

It's scientifically proven since 1982 that your dick don't snap at 1.15kg, or 2.53lbs. This is based on a one-thousand year old African tribes' tradition for PE. It has been backed up by a three-thousand year old rich history of PE practices since ancient civilizations: the Egyptians, the Byzantinian, Carthaginian, Chinese, Indian, Mayan, and just to name a few.

If you over stretch it because you have not condition your penis to handle high traction force, or heavier weighs, you will tear your internal tissues, urethra, blood vessels, and nerves. When you tear your urethra, you will feel a burning sensation. If you snap your blood vessels, you'll will see bad colors in your penis. If you snap your nerve, you will feel tingling to jabbing pains.

This is why we go one slow step at a time in PE. We don't rush. We go slowly up on intensity levels.

And for what I described I have it's not constant just at times I do 2 hours to a bit above that daily and highest tension no more than 60-90min.

Highest intensity should not be more than 5 minutes a new PE journeyman. You slowly work up to 10 minutes, then 15, then 20, and so on. You work up to a maximum limit of 60 minutes after a full year of PE. You stay at 60 minutes and slowly add a few more minutes each time. SLOWLY! Your penis must adopt to the new intensity each time. Otherwise, you'll will injure your penis.

Would I be purple if there's nerve damage?

Purple color means ruptured blood vessels.

In severe pain?

This is nerve damage.

I'm not in any but that rug burn feeling.

This is urethra cut or damage.

Also is it safe to use pumping and stretchers as a daily PE routine?

I do both stretches and pumping daily. Notice the stretches first, then pumping. If you pump before stretching, it's hard to grab hold of your expanded penis.

TYVM. Well the rug burn feeling went away nowworr the only way I can describe is a bit sore, it's now been about 2 hours and 8 minutes since I took off the stretcher. TYVM for the advice I will stay lower tension I thought this, only do tension I can pull my penis to w my fingers from now own instead of strapping in and pulling up all the way and close to it I will from now on just stay where I can pull to w my finger manually. If it were urethra damage how long would it take to heal? Should I be worried right now?

If you only pull by hands, then yes, slowly increase your pull unit you feel that achy dull feeling and absolutely no pain. The pull only have achy feelings. Pain means you went too far.

If it were urethra damage how long would it take to heal?

Urethra damage takes anywhere from 3 days to 5 days to fully heal. So, no PE until the urethra heals. I even give it a full 10 days to heal properly. You can gently and loosely wrap the penis up to promote healing by keeping the penis warm and forcing the blood to constantly flow into the penis. If your penis is cold from the wrapping, you wrapped it too tightly.

Should I be worried right now?

Now. Urethra injury from going too much tend to be common. You can even get urethra damage just from passing the gall bladder stone. The body will heal up pretty rapidly. If you blood vessel rupture and it's still purple even now, let us know.

Thank you so much for the help!!!!!+++++++ Yes thankfully no purple I will break from pe until I fully feel no soreness it is rug burn feel but only if I like move much then I'll watch TV and lose from cus so it's there but fading in n out not extreme but very uncomfortable. I will be super careful with stretching from now on!!!!!

This is my suggestion only, and other brothers may provide you more. The rug burn sensations may be both inside and outside. Inside, it will be natural healing. If you do have some budget to set aside, invest in a good red light therapy machine, something close to the specifications of MoS Red if not better for usage. In the meanwhile, heat up some liquid Vitamin E, jojoba, or coconut oil, or a good combination of them. We can give you that mixture based on a different post. Use a few drops of each, place them in a metal container, and heat the oil only through exposure of hot water bath. Do not heat them up through the microwave or on the stove top. You will destroy the remaining benefits from the oil.

Massage the penis using light downward C-jelq. No need to be harsh or pull hard on the penis. Just light and consistent pressure

Warm ups and downs are so important to growth and healing protocols. I keep my penis warm all day so am constantly ready for training. The MOSRED is a great affordable way to go.
