I watched a russo lifts YouTube he says "don't try one or two pounds of
weight your dick will get all snapped up n shit" well I realized my penis at times it looks kind of shriveled from the stretching I do I don't really notice pain no purple I do feel rug burn though I believe just from the band. How can you tell if it's close to enough for nerve damage?
It's scientifically proven since 1982 that your dick don't snap at 1.15kg, or 2.53lbs. This is based on a one-thousand year old African tribes' tradition for PE. It has been backed up by a three-thousand year old rich history of PE practices since ancient civilizations: the Egyptians, the Byzantinian, Carthaginian, Chinese, Indian, Mayan, and just to name a few.
If you over stretch it because you have not condition your penis to handle high traction force, or heavier weighs, you will tear your internal tissues, urethra, blood vessels, and nerves. When you tear your urethra, you will feel a burning sensation. If you snap your blood vessels, you'll will see bad colors in your penis. If you snap your nerve, you will feel tingling to jabbing pains.
This is why we go one slow step at a time in PE. We don't rush. We go slowly up on intensity levels.
And for what I described I have it's not constant just at times I do 2 hours to a bit above that daily and highest tension no more than 60-90min.
Highest intensity should not be more than 5 minutes a new PE journeyman. You slowly work up to 10 minutes, then 15, then 20, and so on. You work up to a maximum limit of 60 minutes after a full year of PE. You stay at 60 minutes and slowly add a few more minutes each time. SLOWLY! Your penis must adopt to the new intensity each time. Otherwise, you'll will injure your penis.
Would I be purple if there's nerve damage?
Purple color means ruptured blood vessels.
This is nerve damage.
I'm not in any but that rug burn feeling.
This is urethra cut or damage.
Also is it safe to use pumping and stretchers as a daily PE routine?
I do both stretches and pumping daily. Notice the stretches first, then pumping. If you pump before stretching, it's hard to grab hold of your expanded penis.
