How can I join?

Im really looking forward to joining this awesome site, but I have a problem....
i dont have a credit card and if I were to join, I would have to borrow my mother´s one, but Im worried that in the bill something related to Penis Enlargement could appear, so what do you recomend me?
Keep in mind that I live in Mexico.
