How can I gain at least 2-3inches length and girth am presently 5inches erect... Help

Hello guys, my name is Victo from Nigeria, please I need help, suggestions on those that have gotten results am currently 5inches when erect I want to add 2-3 inches in length and girth, please suggestions on devices I can use to achieve that, I have tried jelqing no result. Thanks...

Like you have said, you are 5" in length and want to add another 2-3 inches in length and girth.....
I was also in that category before I started PE. I was 5.5" and after 10 months of PE, I am 7".

I would suggest you to start with the newbie routine and then escalate to SRT routine......

PE is a process that requires dedication, patience and time.....
At first you will see significant gains. You will see that your length, girth and weight of the penis has increased.
After that, for a long period of time, you will not see any gains. This is the time when your body is adapting to PE and it could be a lengthy process....
After that, you will see significant gains with regular practice....

After the above exercise..... try rotary A stretch blasters.

Very advanced routine that is extremely intense. Check out DLD Bundled Stretches

DLD Bundled Blasters
This is the master of length exercises. This intense exercise will bring you beyond any other stretchingroutine. It takes the Basic DLD Blaster and adds some traction moves that force new gains. Again, this should be done with extreme caution. In a completely flaccid state turn the penis 360° or more to create a gentle corkscrew effect. Your penis is now in the Bundle state. From here you will be setting up an "A" stretch and performing DLD Blasters as normal.

Step One:
Twist the flaccid penis to create a gentle corkscrew effect.

Step Two:
Weave your other arm under your penis grabbing
the wrist of the hand holding the penis

Step Three:
Stretch straight out from your body and horizontal to your legs.
 
I gained an inch my first few months, but i had the combination of jelqing in the am, manual stretching in the pm (with baby powder, makes a huge difference)
i did 500 jelqs a day, and the phase one stretch routine tbh
the second i cut the PM stretching, the length stopped coming in.

Actually funny enough D, the more i read about volume training for tissue expansion, the more SRT makes sense. I used to think volume was just the amount of set and reps per session... but volume is actually much more effective when you have significant downtime, so rather than do a lot of sets at once, it's better to train multiple time throughout the day. With SRT you're always hitting it at different times throughout the day. Just thought i'd add this.

SRT is much more than a workout it is a methodology that works across many platforms. I write SRT specific routines for anyone who wants a custom routine. But every single man here should be implementing the passive and active features of SRT.

It especially makes sense to keep the tissue stretched throughout the day from training session 1 to training session 2. With that we prevent turtling back and force our penis to stay and heal in an extended state. More than the usual SRT routine, you'll find DLDs detailed SRT thoughts here:

If women worry about a shrunken penis because it is cold, then they don't know what true penises are. Mine hid inside by body because it was cold outside, until I went into warm water. It came out to enjoy the warm and hot water like a flag pole.
