Homemade All Day Stretcher?

I've seen some penis stretchers on Amazon and on this site homemade versions kind of similar to this idea. My idea is this elastic cord from Amazon, string it through the penis sleeve (big toe protector) about where my thumb is and where I point to, string the elastic cord through it on on side about two inches maybe and tie it then do the other side same thing. Now all the cord comming off (most of it) find something to tie the ends to like a neck strap it knee strap. Would this work??

Give it a try and see how well a homemade vs established designs go. You never know when you spark a new innovation that works for other brothers who are on a budget.
