found the forum a week ago and really appreciated the amount of content and engagement on here, so I want to introduce myself.
I'm 30 and located in Europe, actually content with my size, but I've always felt like my dick could be somewhat bigger, especially because I'm quite tall, I feel like a bigger size would just be more proportional. Since a while, I'm back in the weightlifting game to lose my weight (should be around 20% body fat right now and want to go down to at least 10% body fat) and gain back my old strenght and fitness level.
My current stats (21.5.25):
BPFSL: 18 cm/7.08 in
BPEL: 17 cm/6.69 in
FL: 11.5 cm/4.52 in
EG: 13.5 cm/5.31 in
My current goals (I'd already be happy with the lower end, but considering what values commonly are seen as achievable in the forum, I'm just gonna name a range)
BPEL (+1-2 in): 20.5-23 cm/8.08-9.08 in
EG (+1-2 in): 16-18.5 cm/6.31-7.31 in
Because of the aforementioned, I've already looked into the world of PE years ago, but I've never really gone through with it. Since not that long ago, I'm together with my new long-distance girlfriend, and she's somewhat a size queen, not too crazy, but she has a thing for big dicks and loves the feeling of having her cervix hit and the pain that comes with it. Apparently, in the past she's encountered quite big guys in the wild, so she thinks I'm average, which statistically I find a funny statement, but I can understand it from her view hahaha. After the 3 days, I could feel I needed to give my dick a rest and let it heal and after the rest day, it already almost felt as good as new.
My current routine (with the help of this forum)
Lenght (morning):
Warm up
DLD Bundled Blasters (5 min)
Manual Stretching, all directions (30 sec x 3)
Warm down
Penimaster during the day (ca. 8-10 h): I use the rod extender with the vacuum and for a few hours (ca. 4h) combine it with the belt to give it a nicer stretch, so the remaining hours I only use the rod extender.
Expressive Stretching (ca. 1 h) and some testicle stretching and massage, after I'm done with wearing the extender
Girth (night):
Warm up
DLD Bundled Blasters (5 min)
100 upwards erect jelqs
SSJ (1 min)
100 downwards erect jelqs
SSJ (1 min)
100 upwards erect jelqs
SSJ (1 min)
1p0 downwards erect jelqs
SSJ (1 min)
Cockring for max 15 min (I'm not gonna go longer than that due to the risks of continuous use; sometimes I'm removing the cockring after 15 min, wait a few minutes, put back on the cockring and get hard again)

So far, and of course it's just temporary gains at the moment, I can already feel, see and measure a small increase in length and girth. Even the slight curvature of my dick has been somewhat straightened, which might plays part in the increase of length, but not fully, because it's just a minimal curvature. My EQ, in the past, had always been amazing, always giving me rock hard erections even after multiple rounds of cumming. But due to a small nerve damage caused by a varicocele surgery that entailed a cut at the base of my dick, it has experienced a small decrease, which unfortunately caused me to not get hard with my girlfriend sometimes or at least take longer for it. Anyway, EQ has already become so much better, even though the consistency is a bit squishy after PE, but that goes away after a day of rest. Already for that, starting PE has paid off and I'm gonna continue it until I've made more gains and cermented them, and made my EQ get back to being rock hard.
If you have any recommendations, I'm always thankful. I want to continue my routine for 2-4 weeks, and then use the 5x5x3 for girth instead. If you think, I should add anything else or adjust something after those first few weeks or even already now, please let me know. I'm willing to dedicate my days to PE as much as I can, while, of course, being careful to not overdo it, especially because I want to visit my girlfriend at the end of the year and want her to see and feel the difference.
