Help with Stealth Stretcher

New to PE and this is my first attempt. I just received the Stealth Stretcher Package. The kit didn't come any setup or routine suggestions so I'm guessing on how to use it. The process isn't going very well. I have not found a way to way put on the sleeves and broke the base attempting to adjust the tension. Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks for the info. I am digging through other posts looking for any suggestions on how long to stretch.
You should wear as long as possible taking breaks for fatigue. If you can do an hour that's great but the goal should always be as much as possible. so start with an hour and then work your way up the latter.

Rather than focusing only on the Stealth Stetcher as its own universe, it's actually a multi-verse of extenders and all day stretcher (ADS). Like any extender and ADS, you have to come into it with a few things and program it into your mindset for your daily routines and discipline:
  1. All ADS and extenders requires a quick warmup stretch. This can be manual stretches as a new person coming into the ADS and extender. The light stretches can be as quick as 5 minutes, or as expressive and intensive as 60 minute. Use the SRT method to warm up and loosen your penile tissues with quick newbie exercises. In due time, your exercises will be more intensive as your penile tissues mount a defensive adapting phases as it grows.
  2. When you wear the ADS or extender, you have to come in with a mindset that the more time, the better. This means 4 hours minimum and upwards towards 16 hours. Give your penile tissues some rest around an 8 hour window. The reason for the long hours is because you want to keep the tissues under tensions all the time to promote cellular growth. Cell continues to break down and rebuild constantly. If you don't allow that long period of time of break down and rebuild, your growth progress will slow down.
  3. Even with days off, such as rest days, you don't allow your penis to just turtle or shrink back in. You want to stretch lightly, and place it in a flaccid elongation period with sleeves or light wrapping. This continues to draw blood into your penis while it's resting.
Now, here's the dos and don'ts.
  • When you start out, stretch your penis by hands until you feel a dull sensation along every part of your penis, all the way down to the base of your penis. When you start to feel pains, you went too far. The dull feeling is the point of your tissues start to break down. Pain is a very bad sign on any level.
  • When you stretch, look for a specific key phrase "bundling" or "bundled" with the exercises. It just means to twist or turn your entire penis by rotating it in one direction to the max turn it can sustain. This rotation of the penis in one direction allows you to put lateral pressures on the tissues, and allow you stretch the penis with less force but with higher work to break the cells down. This is especially true when it comes to soften up the tough tunica that makes your penis rigid even when your penis is stiff as a flag pole. The tunica tissues will prevent you from getting longer. You have to break this tissues down.
  • If you do a nice long warm up stretch routines between 5 to 60 minutes, you only want to put your traction force, the amount stretching tension between your penis and the Stealth Stretcher, around 2.5lbs to start out for the first hour for the first week, and increase it to 0.5lb up after every 2 weeks for the first 60 minutes, and reduce it back down to the same traction force of 2.5lbs from here on out for the next 6 months or so. Wear it at 2.5lbs for as long as you can. Do not exceed this traction force. You can increase the starting traction force higher each two weeks, but never keep the static traction force at higher load after the initial 60 minutes. We can go into major scientific details if you like, but that's the golden rule. When you start to grow, there are fine tuning methods, and this is where we will come back to you for your logs of observation and growth.
  • Logs, logs, and logs like a mad person. Why? Loggin is essential to know where you are today, where you were yesterday, and the prediction of the days to come. Without the logs, we cannot evaluate the growth trend you have, and how much tweaking we have to advise you for optimal growth. You can create logs by checking out our brothers' Routine and Progress log or you can obtain the template we have available.

If you like to just access it and download for our own private tracking, do so. If not, we can house the private log and help you update info as you need it. This will also help us to evaluate your needs and collaborate your routines as needed.
