Alrighty. Let's dive into the meat and potato of your new journey. Let's start fresh.
Tools: None. I have my hands.
Hands are great tools, but as you progress from newbie routines to more rigorous routines, you will indeed need more than your hands. The death grip syndrome you mentioned later got us a bit scared there. No death grips allowed in PE. We want your penis to grow and not choked to death. Home don't play well with little Willie.
Fitness: I've lost 45 pounds since I started this thread. I still run and I will start lifting
weights when I get very lean. I'm almost there.
Excellent. Fitness plays critical role in getting sufificent oxygen rich blood to your penis, balancing blood pressure needed for erection, and definitely resource delivery by the blood during PE routines. However, erection quality does get effected by emotion level, such as confidence. Based on your stats you've provided, you are more than an average person. You are currently far ahead of me from way back then.
Health: I have some health issues, but they are completely unrelated to anything that would affect this. I'm not taking any medications.
Healthwise, little things can affect your biological conditioning. Just an example, good exercise but an unhealthy diet, such as keto, can kill your testosterone. Ketolosis creates bad cycling of cortisols that can truly affect the productions of beneficial hormones during PE. This is why during stress period, I ease up on my PE just to maintain. Cortisols can hijack your gains and place you into a lengthened limbo of no gain. Most people don't understand this and just go crazy with PE while being stressed out.
Emotional and Psychological: I'm fine in this regard. I wasn't before, which I believe has held me back from many things. But I started a new business and I've in a better place mentally than I've been in years. I have quit watching p[o]rn recently. I know p[o]rn isn't just bad spiritually, but physically it's absolutely destructive for the body and brain.
Good to hear, brother. PIED will decimate your PE routines, and even future prospect of a glorious relationship. Social experiment of overexaggeration kills your relationship because you believe the relationship expects more than what's truly is needed or what's really is there.
I have a case of death grip syndrome that I'm wanting to overcome, and it is absolutely attributed to p[o]rn. I'm never going to watch p[o]rn again. I'm taking care of my physical health, and now I need to take care of my mental, sexual, and spiritual health.
Here, here to that.
Objective:
Current Measurements:
Bone Pressed Length - 6"
Erect Girth - 5.25"
Flaccid Length - 4"
Flaccid Girth - 4 3/4"
You are better than when I first started my PE journey, and you are currently at where I resume my journey. Where I am now, you'll make it in no time.
I realize I'm quite a bit thicker than average, which is fine, but I would ideally like to be at least 8 inches in length and 6 inches in girth. When I was using the pump for a brief time, it almost approached this size after the pump session, and just the feeling of it in my hand and the appearance of it gave me an insane boost in confidence. Even though I'm Christian and waiting for marriage, I'm quite certain this would boost my confidence in dating. I'm okay dating now, but I know for a fact that my size has been a limiting factor in not pursuing some of the dates that I could have gone on due to insecurities. It's stupid, but society and the adult entertainment industry has caused this.
Yep. Social expectation and brainwashing. Only do it for yourself and not based on what society believes you should be at. I'm pursuing my 9in x 6.3in for my wife. She only wanted 6in x 5.2in earlier, but now desires a bit more girth (not length) for her enjoyment. I want a bit more length for specific cuddling sessions, and she recognizes it too. So, everything should be between you and your special one, not what the worlds of size queens want.
I'm honestly open to any routines, no matter how basic to start with.
I know you've read through too much info, and let's simply it all down. Read through
SRT (the word is now a link) and get a full comprehension first. While you read through it, start with preconditioning of the newbie routine. The newbie routine is very simple, using only hands, and roughly around 5 to 6 exercises with 30 seconds per side, per exercise. It doesn't last more than 15, maybe 25, minutes top.
HOWEVER, a warning! Do the exercise from low intensity at a very comfortable level to understand the exercises in the first week, increase the intensity to the moderate level WITHOUT any kind of discomfort or pain on the second week, and slowly increase from above the moderate level to below discomfort level by understanding where your penis starts and ends with the discomforts. NO PAIN!! Just discover the achy feeling when the penis is pulled in different exercises after a few weeks of pre-conditioning at low intensity to moderate intensity. Ease in bit by bit. Once you know where the achiness from the exercises are without any pain, you are now ready for the high moderate and greater intensity level.
The tools like
Length Master and
MityVac will come into play very soon. While you're preconditioning, think about the budgets on what to aim for first. Are you focusing length first, girth first, or both based on your willingness to invest. I can tell you, PE is not cheap, or expensive. It's relatively in between.
Tools to consider, or their equivalence:
- Length Master
- MityVac + large aftermarket reservoir (not Bathmate, unless you are willing to mod)
- MoS Red (red light therapy)
- Extender or All Day Stretcher like Phallosan (that you hate), SiliStretcher, and many vacuum type for home use and not on the run. When you're on the run, just wrap or wear a sleeve. When you're home, use it for final hours length. There are hidden system like the coil type called Stealth. It can indeed slip just like the PhallonSan.
- Expendable items like more sleeves, TheraBand wrap, flexible bandages, bacitracin, hydrocortisone, oils for skin repair, and other essentials you will see along the way.
So, something to consider. To let you know, my total expenditure on PE from experimentation, mods, and basic equipments went as high as $5.5K throughout the two decades that I could recall. Probably higher at this point in the $7K without me knowing, but it's a fun adventure so far. But that's being spread very far across the years.
