Hey guys. Yep, it’s me again. So, I came here after wandering through
The Biohacker… which turned out to be a flaming dumpster of a website trying to sell overpriced nonsense to desperate people like me. I know this because I bought their male enhancement book, and not only do none of the video links work, but the whole thing looks like it was slapped together by a bored third grader during recess.
Anyway, I’m just trying to get some real advice on where to actually
start with exercises and not waste any more time or brain cells. Would really appreciate some good direction. Thanks a ton.

@DLD . That’s really encouraging to me. I’m just trying to become the best version of myself for my future (hopefully not-so-hypothetical) wife.
As for where I’m at right now, I’ve been running six days a week. I push hard three days, then take it easier the other three when I run with my dog to help him get back in shape too. We’re both
hanging in there.
