There are many ways for you to start out. But I recommend you use the newbie routine for your 1st month or 2 and from that point, you shoud ease your way into the SRT Program.

Yes, you can use the SRT and the exercises without any tools. The simple tool like an 18in broomstick handle is enough for a DIY-er PE journeyman. It will be not as a drastic gain as you want, but put in the time, you'll get there using manual (hand-based) routines.

btw i dont even wanna grow a lot i just wanna like get to 7 or 7.5 so an inch and a half is that possible maybe thats a lot

Then simple SRT routines with specific stretches will do the work. Stretches that focuses on the ligaments like downwards, outwards, and side to side will take care of the normal stretches. As you go progress from one phase (starting) to another (intermediate), by increasing the intensity of the pull for each exercise, the body will continue to detect changes that it's required to undergo. After the stretches, try to do a low level of traction by wrapping up with a soft underlayer, and a harder upper layer to maintain a 600g or greater. Traction helps the cells to fill in gaps and repair into their new lengthened body.

Just a warning though, wrapping should be done loosely enough to promote blood flow every moment of the wrap usage, but stiff and strong enough to prevent the penis from shrinking and turtles into the wrap. We like to use traction tape or TheraBand to create a bit of friction for the wrapping methods since it's a great underlayer to protect your skin while it also acts as a friction materials to prevent the wrap from sliding.

That's not too far.I think you can accomplish that using the newbie routine. If you're not seeing growth there, then I highly recommend SRT 👌
 
ive seen people say they grow in lenght by just tying a weight to their tip and letting it hang for a bit everyday
That will never work. If you're looking to hang, it takes much more than this. A normal hanging routine would look like approximately one hour a day and 5 to 7 days on. When I was hanging, I did three sets of twenty minutes. I did not grow much during that time, but I did learn that hanging is not really for me.
