How are you doing now? Well, for me, not so bad. I'm new at this forum but I practice PE since about 8 months ago. I have gained 4 cm in lenght and 1 cm so far in girth, but today I'm a little bit stuck so im gonna rest 2 weeks to start a new routine.
However, today happen a really interesting thing: I Always do the exercises just before bed and then fall asleep, so, this morning, I woke up with the strongest erection I've ever had and It took 25 minutes to me to low that erection.
What do you think guys? It is bad? Or not?
Sorry for my bad English, I'm Latin.

That’s always good news! Erection quality is a sign of a very healthy penis. As far as what you plan to do for a work out I suggest you look at SRT and learn what you can before you start again. SRT is the fastest way to grow.
 
Good news, meaning your penis is adapting to the exercise by inducing erections, which is full of the magic ingredient ... Blood.

The circulatory system, vascular network reacts to the exercise by inducing growth.

Your body is going to adapt for PE so you might see some changes in your penis and EQ.....

I will start with that routine but now I can't use the required equipment to do it right so do you have any alternative routine with no equipment?. All the way, I prefer manual routines

In that case start with the Newbie Routine, and make a couple changes. Instead of jelqing use the SlowSquashJelq. Three times a week do 10 minutes of erect stretching. I would also like to see you add one set of expressive stretching every day. Other than that I would stick with this until you’re able to get the SRT equipment you desire.

Thanks man you big, I will start my new routine soon so I'm gonna put that exercises on it.
 
EQ like that is great . I've seen a lot of guys here kill there eq and what's the point of being bigger if you can't stay hard
