Welcome to the PE journey brother. Let's sit down, and start ironing out your needs and desires first. What are you aiming for? Length first? Girth first? Both at the same time? From there, we can direct you more properly.
Then the following is, what is your budget? PE is like any other program. A budget must be present in order to move forward. It can be a poor man's budget, or you have enough to place aside to have enough tools in your arsenal to take care of things for both length and girth.
The last is, before you start on any journey, make sure to full understand the dangers involved, especially when you want to go too fast, too hard, and being way too crazy/overzealous with your PE routines. In PE, us brothers have a motto, "It's a marathon and not a sprint" and many other similar sayings.
First, understand about the
SRT first. It's no longer a theory, but it's a proven fact. Besides that, you have to read up on the
5x5x3 method as a base routine. Understand what it is, and comprehend what it can be done when you modify it to your own person needs.
Final take away for now, never ever stop asking questions. The old saying, "Measure thrice, check twice, and cut once" applies heavily in PE. It just means to check at least three times, understand at least twice, and then proceed.
